Private Training
Private Training is for the individual who prefers private instruction or who wants to compliment their group classes with additional attention to weaknesses or problem areas. Thirty minute and fifty minute sessions are available

50 Minute Session-$65

Group Training
Group training is much like one-on-one personal training, except LOTS more fun and MUCH more affordable. Clients participating in the group training program will work with a CrossFit fitness coach in a group of 10 (maximum). Workouts vary each day, utilize the CrossFit methodology, and are designed to maximize fat loss, weight loss, body sculpting and improved general fitness. If you’re frustrated with your RESULTS, bored of working out in those “soft” fitness facilities, (Hint: “rhymes with Swerves”) or tired wasting money on overcrowded and intimidating gyms you never use, then you’ll love group training at Synergize! We offer 8-10 group training classes per day, so no matter your budget we have a group training session to accommodate your schedule.
Group Training-$150-$250 monthly

Weight Management
The Synergize! Weight-Management program is designed to help the individual who needs more accountability and guidance on the ‘nutrition end of things. In this program, clients will meet with our certified nutrition coach on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Customized meal plans and a shopping tour are also included in the Weight Management program.
Synergize Weight Management- $200-$300 Monthly

Group Exercise Classes
