Synergize is a comprehensive Body Transformation program that utilizes the CrossFit methodology and caters to the needs of adult women who want to lose weight, decrease body fat, and simply improve both physique and health.
Synergize! is NOT like your typical gym is many ways. First, most gyms will sell you a membership and forget about you. At Synergize! we sincerely care that you get results and work with you until you do. Typical health clubs don’t know much less care whether you show up for your workouts or not . At Synergize! all of your workouts are lead by a certified trainer at the appointed time that you decide upon . In other words, at Synergize! you will be held ACCOUNTABLE. Second, we don’t use the typical exercise machines you see at most gyms. Instead, Synergize! workouts will train your body to move in the natural manner it is designed to move. Third, the Synergize Body Transformation program includes weekly nutritional coaching and accountability check-ins to ensure you are ALWAYS moving in the direction of your goals. Finally, Synergize! is a fun, family-like community. The Synergize community is small as compared to your traditional health club. Each of our clients are treated like family and addressed by their first names, unlike most health clubs where you’re identified by a plastic ID card. You’ll also receive support and create lasting friendships from your peers who participate in your group sessions with you. Finally, one of the biggest differences between our program and your standard gym is that we GUARANTEE RESULTS or you pay nothing!
There is no typical Synergize! workout. Synergize follows the CrossFit methodology which ‘specializes in NOT specializing’. One day your workout may consists of rowing, burpees and pushups, the next day it could be a medicine ball obstacle course, and the following day may be a one-mile time trial. We use a variety of training formats and exercises at Synergize, however you can be assured that you will ALWAYS receive a full body workout that will get you RESULTS!!!!
Synergize! workouts are challenging and are designed to take you outside of your comfort zone. Workout are created with the intention of changing your body in positive ways as safely and quickly as possible. There is a good chance many of the workouts are new to you and the format allows little time for rest. That being said, the class is self-paced and you will be encouraged to work within your fitness level.
If you have the willingness and commitment to improve your body and your health, then you can participate in our program. Your coach is an experienced fitness professional who is trained to make adjustments for all abilities. NOBODY will be left behind or asked to perform beyond their capabilities. Individuals of all ages, sizes, and abilities are welcome to participate. Exercises are adapted to beginners, intermediates, and advanced.
If you follow the GroupFit Body Transformation program as designed you will lose weight and inches, burn fat, drop clothing sizes, acquire better eating habits, increase your energy levels, and significantly improve your strength, endurance and stamina. You will meet many new people who share your same passion for acquiring a healthier body and mind. But above and beyond all, you will improve your health and your body while having fun in the process.
Like most fitness endeavors, your success in this program will depend on your level of adherence and commitment. If you complete at least 3 workouts a week, and follow the nutritional guidelines half a pound to two pounds – of weight loss per week can be expected. This is the healthiest rate at which to lose weight and most importantly, MAINTAIN IT.
A Synergize! session last as long as it takes you to complete the workout. We are more concerned by how hard you are training rather than how long. Having said that most workouts are completed within 30-45 minutes.
Training sessions are available Mon-Fri, from 6:15AM to 7:30PM. We are closed from 12-4:00pm. Classes are also offered Saturday morning from 8-10.
Class size ranges from 3-7 participants. When class sizes are larger than 7 people, two trainers are present to ensure everyone gets the attention they need to perform exercises correctly and with the right intensity.
All you need to bring to a Synergize! workout is the willingness to train HARD and have fun.
No, we do not provide supervised childcare at Synergize, but we do have a play room with small toys, books and a TV with a DVD player. Your children are welcome to bring movies to watch as well.
One of the greatest benefits of the Synergize! GroupFit Body Transformation program is its affordability as compared to traditional one-on-one personal training. The reason being, is that you are sharing your session with anywhere from 3-6 individuals.
Monthly investments typically range between $150-$275 per month. This includes unlimited training sessions per week.
The first step to beginning the Synergize GroupFit Body Transformation program is scheduling a consultation with one of our fitness coaches. During this session we will discuss your goals in detail and devise a plan to get there. We will also take you through a brief fitness assessment to identify your fitness level. We’ll then recommend a program best suited for your goals and get you scheduled for your first Kick Start Introductory session.
