12 Days of Fitness Workout
I’ve put together this fun and intense 12 days of Fitness Workout to get you through a goodpart of the holiday season without gain a pound. First, watch the video with the exercise demonstrations below, but the workout is also explained below, Enjoy & Train HARD
Each day perform the recommended exercise with the appropiate number of sets. 1 set + 8 repetitions. The next day do the new exercise PLUS the exercises from the previous day
So day 1 (today) perform Exercise 1. Day 2 Perform Exercises 1 & 2, Day 3, perform exercise 1,2, &3 and so forth. By the end you’ll be doing a LOT of stuff but you’ll also be a ‘pro’ at doing them. Here’s the workout and watch the video for the demonstrations.
1 Set=8 reps
Day 1: 1 Set of Burpees
Day 2: 2 sets of pushups (1 set = 10 pushups)
Day 3: 3 sets of Squats (8 out wide, 8 in front, 8 hammer curls)
Day 4: 4 sets of Dips (4 rows, 4 out front, 4 to the side, 4 presses)
Day 5: 5 sets of jumping jacks
Day 6: 6 sets of hip raises
Day 7: 7 sets of Mountain Climbers
Day 8: 8 Belly Busters
Day 9: 9 Lunges
Day 10: 10 Walkouts
Day 11: 11 Fire Hydrants
Day 12: 12 Scissor Jump Squats
