Post Thanksgiving Fat-Blasting workout
Well, we’ve made it through the first major feeding frenzy of the holiday season. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
If you indulged as much as I did, you probably have some extra calories to get rid of, and I suggest you do so before the holiday party marathon begins, because then those extra calories start adding up VERY quickly.
To assist you in your efforts I’ve designed for you a serious Post Thanksgiving Fat-Blasting workout. You don’t need a gym membership or any weights to complete this workout, but you will need a sweat towel, cold bottle of water, and some ‘pump-me-up’ music!.

50 Jumping Jacks
25 Pushups
25 Squats
25 Dips
25 Situps
25 Alternating Lunges
15 Burpees (Squat Thrusts)
1 Minute Plank
Repeat 2x
