Synergize! was founded in the fall of 2006. Since then we have helped over 2,000 and counting clients improve their bodies and their lives via our Synegistic Body Transformation Program. Synergize! is a CrossFit training studio in East Hollywood that specializes in weight loss and body fat reduction, although we also service men and women who simply want to get in better shape and sculpt their bodies. For 5 years in a row we have been voted the ‘Best Place To Workout’ by The Hollywood Gazette. Although I know that any gym/fitness facility owner would say that they are the best option available to meet your health and fitness needs, I am 100% confident that your experience at Synergize! will be like no other. I am not saying this to ‘toot my own horn’, but because I know that our staff, out training methods, and our philosophy are unmatched by most.
